    It has taken 4 phone calls, website chat and e-mail to schedule an appointment to fix my dishwasher. After all of this, no one showed up and come to find out that they went to the wrong house, are using an e-mail address thats not mine and Im still not sure if they are ever coming to fix my unit. I guess I will find out if they actually show up to my house for the 4th appointment i have tried to make. Total disaster!

    Third party service providers failed to arrive multiple times for scheduled appointments: Mastertex and D&D Electronics.

    My bad, the other geek squad review was for my appliance, that should've been written here. The GS service for my computer was fine. As for my problems with my oven, read my previous review. Poor service, poor customer care, they could not even show and effort to care for the customer or to help. Please read my other review.

    I have the worst experience buying appliances

    So, four stoves and two top load washers later everything is working now. Let’s start with the brand new Whirlpool stove. The first stove had a scratch and missing parts. I receive my second stove and smelled gas until for 2 days. I called my gas company they ran a test and said I had a gas leak so they shut my gas off. I was without hot water and cooking for a week. I had to get a plumber to check my line and it was the installation. The third stove the display screen did not work so I could not bake. It took almost a month before I had a good stove. Now I getting the run around to talk someone to pay this 400+ plumber bill and my issues. Most of my callS are drop or I am put on hold for a long time or no one is listening. I am tired!!

    Can't get repair scheduled for weeks. I purchase for my washer. It's been 3 weeks and the system accidently cancelled my appointment according to the customer servie line.

    Was not happy at all, they said they would be at our home between 12 and 5 pm. Left work early to make sure we were home. At 6 pm we finally called them and asked when they would be here, they said someone would call us to reschedule and offered us a $50 credit, I lost $200 in work pay. As far as I'm concerned I will not ever use them again. They could have called us to let us know but they didn't.

    I called to schedule an appointment to get my gas range that I bought a year ago. They scheduled an appointment, I waited for 4 hours and no one showed up. I called to see what happened, I waited in the phone for 45 minutes because the computer was not working, they make me scheduled an appointment in 10 days because that is the earliest they have.

    Hi, Best Buy’s Third party delivery company named GUERRA TRANSPORTATION LLC is terrible they provide installation too. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES ATTACHED) They were (driver and his helper) very rude, unprofessional, unethical. They left the range-oven in the middle of the kitchen and left! They were taking pictures of the oven in my living room (no respect for my privacy) instead of the kitchen When I told them not to do that He said he forget the take the picture of it in the kitchen and that’s why he’s taking the pictures in my living room and that won’t damage the house!!!
