Bought a kitchen aid dishwasher last October with Geek squad protection. Dishwasher control panel died in 2 months. Called Geek squad and was told first year warranty will be covered my manufacturer(Which they did not disclose when i bought the dishwasher). Since then control panel died more than 6 times. When we were done with first year , control panel died again. Called Geek squad to do 2 things - schedule a repair and asked for a replacement. Repair was scheduled on friday afternoon between 12 and noon only to receive a text at 12.30 pm from repair company the repair is rescheduled 2 weeks after the original date. Called geek squad and after 2 hour on the phone was told someone will call me in one to 2 Business days. No one called. So called them again today only to learn that whoever entered the repair serviced used an incorrect code. As far as the replacement goes Best buy does not consider the repairs under manufacturer warranty as repairs. You have to have atleast 3 similar repairs before they will think of replacement. No one tells you this when you spend your hard earned cash for extra piece of mind. Never buying with best buy again.

This protection is a must. They take care of any issues in a timely manner.

Having the warranty has More than paid for itself. It also gives peace of mind. A bit of a pain to get claims started though.

We were looking for something affordable but with all the features we need. So, when we saw this 30" zline range hood, we didn't think twice about buying it. Unfortunately, the range is too loud. I can't even talk without shouting. It's a bit smaller than I expected, too. Wish we bought something bigger, but it has just enough air flow capacity so overall, it's worth it. Would i buy it again? Maybe but not for where I'm currently living.

Store staff was willing and helpful in spite of computer difficulties due to working at home. Delivery drivers were on time and courteous.

This purchase was made to replace another GE Microwave, hoping and thinking installation would be relatively simple. This was far from the case. Although the exterior dimensions were the same, the brackets were different and all but the centerline and plug hole had to be changed. Additionally, the turntable is smaller and the wheels of the roller that the turntable rotates on are too small which makes the turntable unstable. If we had not saved the old roller to use, this would be a significant turn-off and we would have returned the unit. Hopefully, this one will last as long as the old one.

We purchased the protection just in case something happened to our brand new stove. We haven't had to use Geeksquad yet but it is great to know that they are there if we need them.

I've never had a more frustrating experience than what I've been through over the last few months trying to get an issue with my dishwasher dealt with. Every rep I talk to gives me a different story and different procedure I need to do, one of them put through the wrong replacement order, and then the last one told me I was going to have to haul my dishwasher *TO THE STORE* to get it dealt with even though the major appliance protection I bought covers in-home stuff. It's just a major hassle. And while they hemmed and hawed and delayed, I missed out on a sale for the replacement, and they refused to honor the sale price from when I started the process even though they were the ones who delayed and kept giving conflicting info. It's a shame because in the past Geek Squad protection has been really useful, and I've been a loyal customer for years. But now? Ugh. I never want to buy anything from Best Buy ever again. Caveat Emptor

I ordered a new electric oven and paid for removal of the old one. The delivery guys were almost three hours late. They told me that they could not take out the old oven and thus install the new one because the old one is gas and there was some sort of glue on the hose nozzle. I reviewed all of the pre-installation preparation information and there was no mention of such a possible issue, and ironically, Best Buy was the source of the installation of the prior oven. Now I have an oven in a box in my garage and no way to install it. This happened once before with a washer that we bought from Best Buy. The installers left without installing the new machine as they were not sure how to hook up the hose. A friend helped me - we had to pick up new hardware. Best Buy should not offer free installation if they do not follow through on that, make needed preparation clear, or send installers back if they cannot install the appliance as expected. I just waited for 20 minutes on hold and the customer service representative hung up on me (it appeared to be accidental, but if you can guess, not winning points for customer service). Best to avoid this company for those who do not want such headaches.

Not satisfied purchase a whole kitchen appliance set for kitchen remodel, had them delivered and then finished the project 40 days after. On the first attempt to use the dishwasher it does start for a few minutes then stops completely, reset and started again with the same results, have not been able to complete one cycle at all. Called Best buy for service and they were so dismissive, asking me to call the manufacturer, and seek service on my own, Best buy sold, delivered and Installed my appliances but did not stand behind their installation at all. Poor customer service at the call center, never courteuous nor sympathetic.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered this dishwasher, original installation window was changed the day of deliver to 4:45 - 7:45 pm. They installation company never showed and never called. Called Best Buy and they were no help, and would not compensate me for my trouble at all. Installation company was also no help and offered no compensation for my trouble. Super unprofessional, and i will never order from Best Buy again. Cancelled my order, and will re-order from Home Depot or Lowe's like I should have originally.

Best decision made when I made the purchased of my dishwasher

had to purchase the 5 year warranty since over the range. Too difficult to try & remove & repair - warranty is great to have.

I keept calling best buy for replacment and to install it again. But the app keeps preventing me to do so because it says out for delivery when it's delivered. YOI GUYS NEEED TO UPDATE THE SO I CAN RETURN IT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Taking the payment is fast but returning or updating takes awhile? Gsusbsisnsgeguwjwlsgdveywbsgwuwosbcvdi

My old kitchen Aid died after 12 years after looking around I found this Samsung and was impressed with the look of it. I visited my local store to touch and feel it before purchasing. I ordered it on Oct 4th and it was delivered a few days later. Had it installed and was happy except that it was much louder both the cooking and fan than my old one I replaced. I enjoyed how everything lit up...fast forward a few days later...I go to use it and the clock was not displayed so I asked my hubby if he put it on eco mode (which will not display clock to conserve energy) he told me he didn't. He checked the circuit breaker and it still had no power. We unplugged it and re plugged it...still no power. We then plugged in my electric can opener to make sure it was not the outlet and that powered on, so this microwave is defective. This was a royal pain ... having it installed then having it removed. Best Buy offered to replace it with another but could not deliver until Dec 10th....Being skeptical of this brand I politely said no just come pick this one up. I visited a local appliance store and after looking at their selection decided to go with another kitchen Aid as mine lasted 12 years and my stoves and all other appliances I have bought from them have been excellent quality. I decided to go with a combo microwave/convention for a bit more money but am at ease that it will provide me with years of use.
