    I received a used dishwasher.

    I received a used dishwasher instead of a new one. Although a replacement was offered, I was disappointed that no compensation was provided for the inconvenience, including the time lost and the period I had to go without a dishwasher.

    I don't always agree to buying the extended warranty. I believe a store should always stand behind it's product but I've had too many problems go wrong with the product that if I didn't have the extended warranty I would have been in trouble.

    Consumer Reports rated this a "Best Buy". I rate it a "Best Don't Buy". I, of course, didn't buy the 3yrs warranty because last dishwasher, not a Bosch, lasted 15yrs. This breaks a month after year warranty expired. Pass on this brand and model. Not going to waste the money to repair. Moving bon and you should too.

    Nice stove POOR quality

    We purchased it on May 14th at Mooresville NC using our BestBuy Credit Card. The transaction was pretty easy since I did research before purchasing. My stove was delivered around May 22nd. On June 14th my oven and broiler stopped working. I called customer service and a Technician came on Friday, June 23rd. He said that he need to orders parts to fix it. We called customer service and requested for my stove to be replaced and they said that it cannot be replaced. It needed to be fixed. Today, June 29th the technician came and the part ordered does not work. A new part has been ordered…nice stove POOR quality. I paid closed to $1,000 for the new stove and my old never had any issue jus because I wanted 5 burners.

    Check on your food - turn off your oven

    Steam from opening oven causes touch controls to go haywire. Many times we have had the oven shut off after checking on a dish and not noticed for ten or more minutes. This is an obvious design flaw. I am sad to see that this model is still being sold. If you want an unusable oven, this is a decent choice. If you actually cook with it, skip this and choose something else. Note that many other one star reviews discuss the same problem.

    HOME DELIVERY BEWARE!!!

    I ordered this range in 2020. Best Buy messed the delivery up 3 times Then. I canceled the order. Well Here we are 2023 my old range finally broke so I decided to take another chance and order from Best Buy again. So the first delivery was part my fault didn't realize it was going to an old address. After talking to the Geek squad I was assured that the delivery would be today May 16th. Which was 10 days after my original delivery. Now they say its not coming until 7 days from now. This sucks I'm now without a range for almost a month and Best Buy dosn't give one crap about helping me out. I have six mouths to feed in my household with a freaking air fryer. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

    ! was at the Norwalk store and it was very late and the guy signed me up for the total membership for 179.99. I never get this membership... so now I cant get to pay after the 2nd yr 288.00 per year for this great great membership instead of the geek squad for 250.00 thanks best buy for screwing me over!! you just make me SMILE!!! never again

    Dishwasher

    Bought the Dishwasher, install kit, and had it "Professionally" installed. The dishwasher was never properly installed but was able to be used. Apparently it "wallowed" out the installation compartment and stopped working. Contacted Geek Squad because I had also purchased the 5 year plan and NO GO !! NO REPAIR !!

    Broke after just under a year of use.

    Sadly, we bought this for a rental house where I remodeled the entire kitchen. My tenants moved in 6/26/20 - last week, just one week shy of using it a year, it stopped heating. I've reviewed the instructions, and had an electrician/handyman work on it. He determined the fan was not working. So now I'm looking for a new one. Also, as another customer reported, the inside of the clear window is not glass. I wiped it with a wet paper towel, and it made me nervous that it would scratch. Don't buy it. Not sturdy product.

    Bought this LG and the oven never ever baked at the temperature set, either 50 too hot or too cold. We kept trying to get it fixed, but the service people, tried as they did, replacing almost all the electronics, never could fix it. We had an extended warranty, but they did nothing. So we finally gave the stove away and bought a GE Induction Range, top model, works perfectly. The LG was. Lemon, Bestbuy were less than helpful, warranty was worthless, wasted many hours. I’d give all these a minus stars.

    No Show Delivery and Installation 3x

    I purchased a LG Quad Wash Wifi dishwasher ($1K) plus installation and haul away (another $250). 1st appointment: no show scheduled delivery/installation 2nd appointment: window 11:30am to 3:30pm - calls at 7:12pm but security gate won't allow deliveries after 6pm 3rd appointment: window 11:30am to 4:30pm - no show Pacific Express is the contractor for Best Buy. Their office closes at 4pm and no follow ups. Called Best Buy - nice reps but can't do anything since the Pacific Express offices closes at 4pm. Best Buy needs to find a new delivery/install partner.

    Dead on arrival i would avoid this

    Unit arrived dead on arival. All cooktops didnt work and the display wasnt working correctly. The stove lock also makes strange noises and the control buttons werent working properly. It also took 2+ weeks to deliver the defective unit. Trying to get a hold of bestbuy support is very difficult they keep telling you to wait and call back tomorrow. Meanwhile we have no stove for an unknown amout of weeks again...

    Website for Extended Warranty

    When I select the additional information option, it reply states: cannot open the page. This happens over several days. I purchased a new dishwasher therefore, have interest in an extended warranty. If you are not able to observe and correct the website, how can customers be assured their products will garner attention from you? Now when trying to post this observation, I am being directed to use a minimum of 50 caricatures before posting. How designed this crap! What is the purpose of 50 words to post? It still won’t let me post!

    Repair or replace?

    Repairman has been here four times and did not fix the problem. He said he would check on replacement and call back. That was over a week ago with no attempts to contact me

    I bought all new Kitchenaid appliances all with geek squad protection and have had an issue with two of them. One was the stove top and the other the double wall oven. For the oven they flat out told me they couldn't help me and to call kichenaid. Now for the double oven they've sent out a technician twice and they just say they can 't fix it. I'm on my third appointment. plus they don't have accurate records of the calls or appointments! very frustrating and i've been without my oven for weeks!

    worst experience i ever had with any company, i'm on my 4th appointment schedule to get a microwave delivered and installed. No call no show and I have to follow up with them to see whats going on. Get your appliance from them great but dont bother with the services they provide, go elsewhere even if you pay a few dollars more its worth it compared to the headache of simply trying to get a microwave replaced.

    After coming to my house first they stated that I didn't have a plan once they found the plan told me that the plan was voided because I had to clean the stove out first.
