    INSTALLATION SERVICES LAXY TO EVEN DESCRIBE WHAT WAS NEEDED TO PURCHASE FOR INSTALLATION(ACCESSORY DETAILS. NO GOOD ONLINE CHAT SUPPORT. STORE GUY CUPPORT WAS DISMISSIVE AND ARRONGANT. HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND RETURN.

    Worst Service Ever

    BestBuy canceled delivery twice and it took three weeks from purchase to get the dishwasher. I really cannot recommend buying any home appliance from BestBuy, worst service ever. Home Dept had the same item in stock with same week delivery. Do not buy without checking delivery calendar. Horrible service. Every agent I spoke to said "yes its scheduled " when it wasn't.

    Dishwasher - Absolutely no support

    Dishwasher stopped working in 9months. Worst customer experience ever. I am still having hard time reaching the customer support. I have spend several hours on the call with no luck in talking to real person.

    I bought all new Kitchenaid appliances all with geek squad protection and have had an issue with two of them. One was the stove top and the other the double wall oven. For the oven they flat out told me they couldn't help me and to call kichenaid. Now for the double oven they've sent out a technician twice and they just say they can 't fix it. I'm on my third appointment. plus they don't have accurate records of the calls or appointments! very frustrating and i've been without my oven for weeks!

    Best Buy doesn’t know how to install a dishwasher.

    I purchased this dishwasher. Best buy did their test run to make sure it didn’t leak and left. There is now water sitting in the dishwasher and I am being told I have to callback tomorrow. The dishwasher might be great but the install and customer service sucks.

    Piece of junk. Did not work from Day 1. Would not even turn on. Wish I'd known about Samsung's bad rep for kitchen appliances before I bought this rock. Took three months to get a refund from Samsung. NEVER again. Stay away!

    Horrible customer service. I have been told twice now the day before the products will all be delivered and the show up with only one item. Then they can't even install as promised. Wouldn't connect dishwasher when paid for installation.

    We’ve had this dishwasher for less than 4 years and the top rack wash arm no longer spins so dishes stay dirty. It also has quit drying. Whirlpool offered us a 6 month extended warranty when we bought this one because our last Whirlpool dishwasher quit right after the warranty ended. Will never buy Whirlpool again!

    Geek Squad - not worth your money!

    After less than 3 years, the new whirlpool dishwasher stopped working. I purchased a geek squad protection plan, and as of 4/25/2022, have been waiting over 3 weeks, and the dishwasher is not fixed yet. Very disappointed in best buy service. Was hoping to have geek squad fix something in a few days (maybe a couple weeks max), and not have to wait months!

    Be mindful of the fine print. I ordered a stove and oven based on the air fry and convection oven components. When the product arrived, neither of the options were available. I would definitely recommend another company that is CLEAR on the details of the sale of their products.

    First question why would you sell an INCOMPLETE product with no power cord!!!! What is the purpose? Is it really that hard to ship a product ready to install! If you are not having it installed be ready to head to home depot for a power cord, they forgot to include with the product.

    Warranty Runaround

    Geeksquad Customer Service provides little to no assistance or accountability. Was on the phone 2 hrs, transferred numerous times even after requesting a manager and kept getting told manager was unavailable- Call Center is in Philippines & representatives usually had no idea how to help me. I’ll never buy appliances from Best Buy Again.

    Purchased Samsung Oven in January, it’s still not working in June. Best Buy wouldn’t replace it in February, Samsung has failed to fix it or replace it. Never again. I need an oven!!!

    Purchased this microwave then decided I better get it installed. On the day of the delivery and installation they no showed me with no call or email. Customer service was a nightmare they hung up on me not once but 3 times (I was not being rude at all). Called back the following day for them to tell me they canceled my instillation that I will have to repurchase and wait another 2 weeks for them to come in. Never again.

    The worst customer service. Delivery guy never showed up . Have to cancel my order after not getting ANY help from customer service. Almost two hours over the phone trying to get any help and nothing. BEST BUY never again.

    Has been useless!

    The two calls I have had to make were not helpful at all. The first agent at least cared and took the time to do what he could but the second agent was lazy uncaring. First was an install problem with a leak but said no service due to covid19. Second call was for the black stainless peeling on my oven door which she said is my fault and nothing she could do.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

    Scheduled 6 OCT 7am-1pm. Called at 1:30pm and said they could make it by 4pm. Rescheduled to 8 OCT 11am-2pm. No call by 2:30pm. Called Customer Service TWICE - first time on hold ten minutes and cut off. On hold now again while the rep tries to call the installers. Absolutely the WORST customer service
