    I purchased the product and scheduled for delivery and installation on December 6, never came, and no call or email. I called and was scheduled for the 9th. No show and no call, and I found out it was canceled.

    This range hasn’t ever worked properly. Neither Best Buy nor Whirlpool will honor the warranty.

    Geek Squad provided full refund as a store credit

    Door locking system got failed in 1.5 years and they don’t have those particular parts available after waiting for 1 week. Not worth your money for a well known brand KitchenAid. Got full refund in a form of a store credit as I purchased Geek squad.

    The agents dropped off tv and left. We asked if we could upgrade to a larger tv and were told that we needed to return the original tv ourselves. Of course we just kept the 65” but we were ready to spend substantially more. We had to put in the room we wanted.

    Motherboard is faulty and this is the third visit of GEEK squad member and still no repair. Im a home baker so I am very upset how in each visit they order the wrong part.

    started it while the damaged appliance sat in the garage before it was installed. no way to cancel online. wonder if I will have to fight through credit card company to get my money back or if Best Buy will cooperate

    If you go buy a TV or any other appliance they will say they cover physical damage but good luck actually getting them to cover it. I move a lot so I bought one. Was not honored.

    the truth does not cool enough on the top and also the fingers are marked on the entire outside, the aluminum with any blow is marked, the truth is that this refrigerator does not cost the price they charge
