    The coverage is a lie

    They will say it even covers wear and tear, but when you go to file a claim you’ll deal with an offshore call center who will make any excuse to avoid honoring the coverage.

    At 4-1/2 years. The broiler went out and the oven does not work. Set oven for 350 and will not get over 200. I expected much more from LG

    Quit working just 4 years after purchase

    Well, after just 4 years, this dishwasher quit working. FOUR YEARS!!! That is not acceptable! Of course, our extended warranty was for 3 years. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this dishwasher!!

    Protection plan through best buy is a joke. Transferred to different departments when trying to use it for my Samsung range hood that stopped working. Will not be shopping with best buy anymore.

    Did not receive steam oven. No call no record. Third party delivery. Called geek squad in Florida , Mexico City, Philippines and who knows where else I still can’t find out what is going on

    I asked many times days before the installation day, that my house is first time is taking a gas range installed, Bestbuy said is good to go dont worry, waste of time for the agents that came to my house and myself, please next time provide the procedures before a gas range installation.

    I've owned this dishwasher for just under two years and have repaired it twice. The circuit board on the switch panel has gone out both times and it's about $100+ to repair it each time. I DON'T recomend ANY appliance from GE, or LG for that matter.

    Best Buy Customer Care agent I am sorry we do not have the option to check which store it is available. There will be 1 or 2 units that might be available in stores within USA.

    please pay very close attention to the warranty details. This used to be the best warranty around but it has certainly changed for their benefit.

    Never showed up for appointment

    Had an 8-5 window for an appointment. Nearly 7 pm and no one yet. Have spent an hour on the phone trying to get someone to tell me if someone is showing up with no success.

    Not worth it unless you don't trust the product. They do do not allow you to extend the warranty again after the initial one is ending so once it is done you are on your own.

    For the last 18 months we have been dealing with an issue with our Samsung oven. After repeated calls and online chats, we have basically been ghosted. Really not happy with this situation.

    Radiation safety hazard 2 years later

    Watch out- safety hazard for radiation! Worked fine for a little under 2 years. Bout on May 2019, on May 2020 will not stop working when we open it, which means it exposes us to radiation.
