I love it. Very easy to use and connect to my wifi and app. Wouldn't trade it for the world!

I always get the five year Geek Squad Protection Plan with all the appliances I get. I wait until the item is on sale and then the price paid for this coverage is a wash. I have found Best Buy totally honors this plan and will repair or replace any appliance if needed. Recently I noticed that BB is using a third party delivery and repair company. Not sure why.

2 guys delivered. One nice the other guy not so much. The not nice guy was a little destructive to the flooring when pulling out the old range. They did not want to install the tip prevention. Reluctant to level but I insisted. I also had them install the gap cover at the back when they did not want to.

Protection plan is great. If the could get an appliance repair person that does more than sit on his stool and look at the appliance it would be great

Geek squad came in a fast time and fixed any issues i had and answer any questions i had,they didnt leave until i was hapoy with my product and i had all the info i needed.

Paying for the 5 year protection on a dishwasher was VERY wise. The dishwasher died after about four years and because the parts couldn't be ordered any more, Best Buy replaced the entire thing. That was fantastic. Normally, I am not a fan of these upsells but this time was different. I think I got 5 years protection for the price of 3 because we are Total Tech subscribers. You should consider that.

The performance of this refrigerator-freezer has been very reliable. It is relatively quiet and temperature stable. The tempered glass shelves are superior to plastic for cleaning up spills. The double doors can be opened left or right one first, but closed left first to make the rotating seal work without binding.

The team who installed my stovetop was SUPERB. Before doing anything, they checked that all the work could be done. They really respected my home -cleaning as they worked, leaving my kitchen as they found it !!

The Geek Squad helped us out a ton. They brought in our new Samsung stove and dishwasher. They delivered it into the house which saved us the hassle of bringing it up the stairs.

I always buy the Geek Squad Protection for all my appliances and equipments.

Samsung Range purchased with protection plan in 2015; very satisfied with performance of range. However, settings around all control knobs are DECALS; I was cautious with cleaning but over time, the decals disappeared. I called Geek Squad, a tech came to home, informed me he would check on the part. Later that day, I received a call and told the part was unavailable, given another phone number to call and a new range was ordered. Delivery and installation was yesterday; we do not purchase any expensive item without the protection. Have had two instance in the past where we were very glad we made decision to purchase the plans. Each employee we interacted with was extremely helpful and courteous.

Very satisfied with this induction range! I love how quick the food is done compare with the cerámica eléctrica range that I had before this one. Though I had to buy some cookware designed for induction it was worth it!

I highly recommend getting the geek squad warranty on any appliance you purchase. It is worth it for the peace of mind in knowing the item is backed to be either repaired or replaced if necessary. Being a geek squad member covers the install and removal cost as well, plus offers discounts on warranties.

I always buy the protection plan and suggest it to everyone else as well. The protection plan has saved me many times and best buys no hassle policy makes it easy to work with.

Once I understood this is makes tremendous sense to do this -- and we generally never buy extended warranties. The dishwasher has a one year parts and labor warranty. The Best Buy warranty extends that for 4-more years for $200. Overall we have a 5-year parts and warranty contract. One service call would likely exceed that greatly. Every Best Buy person we talked to about a difficult problem exceeded our expectations,
