I have not had the opportunity to use the geek squad for my stove but I used the geek squad before on another item. I feel confident that I would be taken care of.

You would be foolish not to get the Best Buy warranty. You can never predict the reliability of the unit and getting the warranty gives you peace of mind.

No need to call yet, but I am very happy with the product as I received it. Having the warranty helps me stay on budget without any unexpected expenses for an essential appliance!

I always protect all of my purchases with the 5 year Geek Squad plan. Highly recommend to protect your expensive Application/Electronic devices. Never had an issue making a claim

Plan is for 5 years on all appliances--price was amazing. Based on my past experience with Samsung I most likely will not need to use this protection plan, If I do need to use the plan, I'm confident I'll be totally satisfied with their service

Although Best Buy does not pressure you in getting a protection plan, I strongly urge anyone purchasing appliances these days to get a plan. Appliances are not made like 20 and 30 years ago, and it's a good investment.

I purchased this since my existing model - Kenmore Elite - died in about 3 years and repair was too expensive. Can't tell if the 5 year warrantee will work until the microwave's warranty expires.

This is a awesome refrigerator. I love it. Keep up the good work.

I never buy a major appliance without the extended warranty. My last dishwasher had over 6 service calls. Hopefully geek squad is as good as the one I had with NFM.

i would recommend getting protection for i learned well that when i purchased a dlp tv years ago that the coverage often enough pays for itself when you really need it, as they replaced the bulb and it was like i had a brand new tv

So glad I have this protection and have used it several times last year that when the renewal came up I had no problem renewing it, for I know it is well worth every penny

GREAT YEAR PLAN FOR ME TO UTITIZE IF MY STOVE EVER GOES OUT. BUT HOPEFULLY IT WILL NOT AND IF IT DOES THIS 3 YEAR WARRANTY WILL ALLOW ME TO FEEL AT EASE AND PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE.

worth every penny, there is a peace of mind that comes with knowing you are solid for 5 years

We purchased the protection plan as a safety net. Hopefully we don't need it but, it's nice knowing it's there if we do. It'd be nice to be able to get at least a partial refund if we don't have to use it at all.

We love the install process! It was super simple and quick and easy.
