The Agents installed my Stove and made sure that everything was balanced, and secure. Something I never knew they did. This guaranteed that my stove will not tilt forward if my grand children decided to use it as a jungle gym.

I bought this 5 years Geek Squad Protection for this appliance and this is the first time I will need their service. It was easy making my service claim appointment and I am sure they will do a good job.

This plan is great. I buy one on every brand new appliance I buy from Bestbuy. I wouldn't go without one. It save you money and a headache in the ling run.

I love my dishwasher. I've had it for about 2 years and it still trips me out because it's so quiet. I have to double check that it's actually running. (It is).

Fabulous glass top stove. Delivered and installed by Best Buy. We have enjoyed it and it cooks great. I love the count down to the set temperature. I have no complaints and it has not gad any problems at all.

Geek Squad warranty has always been worth it and always gives piece of mind

I have purchased Geek Squad Protection in the past and continue to do so on larger items. I have had to use it on occasion in the past . I know I had 100% coverage and do not have to worry about repair bills or replacing an item before it has attained it's normal expected useful life and be replaced.

Well, I just got the micro oven. I hope everything works from now to 5 Years. I got the protection coverage of 5yrs just in case. If something happens, I will update my comments

After 9 appointments, my dishwasher is still not working. First agent ghosted us, and the second crew was unable to fix the appliance as they never handled it before (E15 code on a Bosh dishwasher, leaking below). Apparently, it is a try and error approach, so after 9 appointments (and three parts delivered to my place), we still don't have the dishwasher working. By the way, the "window" they give you for each appointment is 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., and good luck if you get a courtesy call ahead of the appointment (like hey, I will be there in 20 minutes, which has been my experience with similar extended warranty services). If you buy extended warranty for your new appliances, and nowadays almost of us do it because they will break year 2-3 for sure, avoid Best Buy/Geek Squad combo at all cost and go someplace else - I learned my lesson the hard way.

Never had issues when it comes to repairs. I'd like to see partial refund if claim is never made.

Beautiful looking BUT as many others have posted, died after 18 months. What a pain, my little cheapy microwaves lasted for years. Forget repairing unless you bought the warranty.
