Poor service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not satisfied purchase a whole kitchen appliance set for kitchen remodel, had them delivered and then finished the project 40 days after. On the first attempt to use the dishwasher it does start for a few minutes then stops completely, reset and started again with the same results, have not been able to complete one cycle at all. Called Best buy for service and they were so dismissive, asking me to call the manufacturer, and seek service on my own, Best buy sold, delivered and Installed my appliances but did not stand behind their installation at all. Poor customer service at the call center, never courteuous nor sympathetic.

Geek Squad never showed, and gave no call!!

Ordered this dishwasher, original installation window was changed the day of deliver to 4:45 - 7:45 pm. They installation company never showed and never called. Called Best Buy and they were no help, and would not compensate me for my trouble at all. Installation company was also no help and offered no compensation for my trouble. Super unprofessional, and i will never order from Best Buy again. Cancelled my order, and will re-order from Home Depot or Lowe's like I should have originally.

5 year warranty over range microwave

Died in 3 days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My old kitchen Aid died after 12 years after looking around I found this Samsung and was impressed with the look of it. I visited my local store to touch and feel it before purchasing. I ordered it on Oct 4th and it was delivered a few days later. Had it installed and was happy except that it was much louder both the cooking and fan than my old one I replaced. I enjoyed how everything lit up...fast forward a few days later...I go to use it and the clock was not displayed so I asked my hubby if he put it on eco mode (which will not display clock to conserve energy) he told me he didn't. He checked the circuit breaker and it still had no power. We unplugged it and re plugged it...still no power. We then plugged in my electric can opener to make sure it was not the outlet and that powered on, so this microwave is defective. This was a royal pain ... having it installed then having it removed. Best Buy offered to replace it with another but could not deliver until Dec 10th....Being skeptical of this brand I politely said no just come pick this one up. I visited a local appliance store and after looking at their selection decided to go with another kitchen Aid as mine lasted 12 years and my stoves and all other appliances I have bought from them have been excellent quality. I decided to go with a combo microwave/convention for a bit more money but am at ease that it will provide me with years of use. BOUGHT IT NEW AND DEFECTIVE

But the app keeps preventing me to do so because it says out for delivery when it's delivered. YOI GUYS NEEED TO UPDATE THE SO I CAN RETURN IT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Samsung Range

My wife and I have been very loyal to Bestbuy when making big purchases! The quality of the range is poor the top grates lay on top of the range by only rubber grommets that melt and now your pots and pans don’t sit even on the range and is very dangerous cooking on them. We buy warranties on everything we buy they’ve been out to replace them but was told by geek squad they won’t replace the grates again what kind of warranty is that and very poor design from Samsung that’s why this Range is no longer sold at Bestbuy! Trust me stay away from Samsung appliances. Refrigerator Problems as well with the Samsung know problem of the ice makers leaking and ruining your kitchen floor! Thanks Bestbuy and Samsung for selling me and full of lemons!!!!!!!!

VERY BAD PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT PURCHASE GEEK SQUAD IT IS ALL OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS!! Save a lot of money and buy the warranty through the manufacture of brand you bought. I have been getting the runaround and been without a dishwasher for months now. If you get a really good deal on a product they will not honor the contract for giving you a like product. Customer service does not care and will hang up on you also a lot of empty promises and no call backs I will NEVER BUY GEEK SQUAD or recommend it to friends anymore. I’m just upset that now I’m stuck with it on all my products as it used to be great.

Terrible replacement plan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am so upset and disappointed with how Best Buy has handled my repairs. My dishwasher has broken 4 times! The tech is amazing but it continues to leak at this point the are refusing to replace it stating these occurrences aren’t related even though 3/4 were related to draining/leaking issues and 1 of them was related to electrical work needing to be replaced likely due to water damage. These continued issues are damaging my floor and they keep saying to just keep replacing parts. Everyone I speak to says we should qualify but yet the “Best Buy” higher ups say no. Ridiculous guess I’ll continue letting my kitchen become a swimming pool and contact Best Buy for damages to my kitchen.

warranty - not honored
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.be very careful what they cover, I purchased a entire kitchen appliances and had a bad microwave which was replaced and then had a bad touch pad, i called and was told there is no warranty on the product and that was talking directly to the geek squad, after many calls and prof they honored my warranty however they did not tell me it was only 2 years, the otuch pad lasted about a year and is defective and i can not get service. I have purchased many major appliances, TV, Apple Laptops, Ipads, beats and seem to have to argue all the time to get service. Very disappointed in Best Buy and they just lost a loyal customer for something they didnt fix the first time

Requested installation of an electric range (and disposal of an existing one). They came in, took out the old one and when they unboxed the new one, it was damaged. So they put the old one back. I reschedule for 2 days later. Guess what, the 2nd range is ALSO damaged! I was told customer service would call me in 24 hrs (guess what - it's been 3 days!) So I call up customer service and receive no apology for their service. Their response is "Let's schedule the installation and after that we'll have some one call you"! Seriously??? I stopped using them for while, because the folks who had come to fix my dishwasher had no clue to the problem. I guess things never change!

Turns on every time you get near it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The dishwasher cleans well however every time you get near it the dishwasher turns on and you have to manually shut it off. It does it while running or off does not matter. I go by it several times a day and in the morning reach over the counter to open my blinds and it turns on. Very big pain to think I have to deal with this the rest of the life of this dishwasher!!! Especially since no one at Best buy is willing to help and no one at customer service has been able to put me through to anyone who will get in touch with me!!

I purchased both wanting to get the best coverage. I had an issue with oven not heating up. it wouldn't heat up and i smelled gas. Didn't have a working oven for over 2 months due to diagnostic and repairs. I asked for a new stove after 1 and 1/2 months due to the issues and gas smell concerns. The cost of the previous repairs added up exceeding the purchase price of the stove. smh doesn't make good business sense. Their policy is they have to try and fix the "same issue" 3 times the time frame and cost doesn't matter as the customer is left out to dry. i had to eat out spending additional money for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.
