Very nice android tv, I bought it at an affordable price and there was nice service

We always purchase the extended protection plan for everything we buy. The Best buy plans are the best we have seen.

Hopefully I don’t need to use the extended warranty from geek squad! Makes me feel better knowing that they will fix it if it breaks!

I always add the Geed Squad Protection on major items. Their service is great and I have peace of mind. Even new items sometimes need attention.

I have used their warranties on past and they proved invaluable.. and I wouldn't buy a expensive appliance without protection especially living in swfl where brown outs are all too common...

not sure yet- have not had to use the service- most of the time the value is not there- time will tell. Five only because of peace of mind...

I have not use them yet and I hope I never do. But if o do need them to service my appliance I expect the best service possible.

Agents installed our dishwasher quickly and professionally. He even tested it and explained a few functions. They removed all the packaging.

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher that included the protection plan. After installation I received an email that directed me to get the plan details. Upon clicking it, I was unable to access the plan. I then logged on to my Best Buy account online and noticed that no protection plan was shown. I called Best Buy. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone and speaking to 11 different people, I was told that my protection plan was indeed in force, but it couldn't be shown on my online account since my online account was listed under my home phone and my protection plan was listed under cell phone. But the real kicker is that the two profiles cannot be combined. So Best Buy, who claims to be a tech company, can't elctronically combine two profiles simply because of different phone numbers. They told me I should have made sure the telephone number I gave them at the time of purchase agreed with my Best Buy account. I might have done that if they would have told me that at the time of purchase. I wonder what would happen if I changed phone numbers in the future?
