I wasn't sure if I wanted a protection plan but ultimately decided to get it. With an item like a dishwasher you kind of don't want to take chances. I hope I never have to use it :)

They have been great in responding to any requests. And have helped with several items including rebuilding our 55 inch Samsung

the stainless steel easy to clean just do not have enough shelves and not wide enough in the freezer but love the product
