New refrigerator ..extended warranty is a must for most new appliances. We have had lightning strikes that take out appliances …whether they are cord protected or not. Just wanted to make sure we are covered. Price was reasonable.

Never really felt like getting extra protection, but buying the total tech package gave me a 20% discount on my added 5yr protection plans. Additionally it virtually eliminated or greatly reduced the charges for installation an haul away of the old items. Before you say no to this, it pays to check out the bottom line after all the discounts. It should save you money in the long run.

things have engineered to fail nowadays due to corporate greed not buying the proaction plan on a major purchase in the past has been regretted I have a snow blower that breaks every year and unfortunately I did not get the plan so I'm stuck shoveling when I cant get it running

Had 5 year geek squad on an LG electric oven. After 3 years control panel went and door would not lock properly. Cost to repair was too high so we received a gift card the the price of the original oven which was great.

It better be good for a repairs. I didnt buy it for anything but that⁸

They responded very quickly. And were proactively monitoring the status of my damaged item.

It's nice to have a good piece of mind and if something does fail it will be taken care of with all the electronics in today's appliances it's a good call

Value for peace of mind. Always buy a warranty. The few dollars it costs saves hundreds on headaches that can arise from minor manufacturer defects and the occasional accident.

Really happy, even surprised, at the quality of personal service THE GEEK SQUAD provides. I only hope the level of service and performance, particularly in the home is continued. The personnel seem to be very happy to extend every courtesy.

The new fiberoptics and wifi and computer system i recently purchased was not set to my network causing delay and a ton of frustration. GEEK SQUAD solved all our problems.

Bought this because I had this before and paid for itself 10 times over. My refrigerator had issues and they had to keep coming back and replacing parts. Thank goodness I had the extended warranty.

Absolutely amazing stove. Had it for a year now . I’m in love with the air fryer mode. The WiFi is also amazing, I can leave my house and still see my stove is on or off from my phone.
