Got it to protect my investment, in case anything happens after the manufacture warranty.

I purchased my protection plan which includes all the purchases I’ve made at Best Buy, I enjoy the feeling I don’t have to worry about things breaking down.

I haven’t had to use the extended warranty but it was reasonable and I have it just in case something should go wrong.

I love geek squad service. It is worth it espevially for computers and laptops. I just wish there was a way of getting around standing in line for sooooo long.

While the protection is worth the expense, if you have a Total Tech account, you get an even better deal. For a brand new item over $200, I always go for the protection plan. Best Buy has always been responsive when I have encountered any unexpected problems.

Purchased Geek Squad protection on dishwasher - I normally only purchase for water related appliances. thankfully have not had to use it so far; However, I've generally had very positive experiences with them when I've had to use it with other kitchen/laundry appliances.

I don't buy any appliances from Best Buy without the 5 year protection. They provide great coverage. I've had full refunds or appliances replaced after several years when they can no longer be fixed.

Helped with a problem with the installation which I wish I hadn't had a problem with. Arranged for GE to come to correct a problem which appeared to be a problem with the installation not the product. Customer service was good and friendly by Geek Squad person on the phone.

I purchased a mini iPad 4 and a 4K tv with the Geek Squad protection. One week later, I brought them an old laptop that needed to be cleaned up and upgraded. It was free because of the Geek Squad protection plan I purchased. The guys there were vert friendly and had my laptop ready like new the next day.

I have Been very happy with this range. I like the double oven feature, 5 burners with warmer top. Air fryer option comes in very handy. Heats quickly and looks great.

I get Geek Squad with all major purchases. They take your call and quickly dispatch a repair technician to fix the problem. It is convenient that they come to the house and worth it when it was purchased over a couple years! This is worth every penny!

I am happy to have gig sod because I know that my appliances are under insurance. My mind is that is knowing that my appliances are under the geek squad.

Have used the squad in the past and they get done what needs to be done . So I insure myself by staying involved with them in the future .

Hope we never need to use the Geek Squad for repairs but have peace of mind having it for expensive appliances. Installation was completed in a workmanlike manner. Installers wore masks and made quick work of installing new gas range and over the range microwave.

Bought the 5 year plan for the piece of mind. I enjoy not having to worry about new purchases that sometimes give issues after a few years.

Geek squad mounted my TV and hooked up all my appliances. They were on time they were helpful they went over and above.
