We took this service out for the new whirlpool Microwave, we havent had to use the service yet but we have had it on other purchases and it is excellent service

Always take the protection plan you never know when you’ll need it.

I usually don't get this with any of my appliance purchases.. simply because I take great care of my things and they seem to last quite a while. But this time I couldn't pass up 3 year protection plan for only $29 was a steal. Why not! Haha

I don't know why I keep purchasing these, except that they provide peace of mind. I have only used a warrant once in 20 years, but when I did, they replaced the item immediately.

Haven’t had much interaction with geek squad but what limited interactions I’ve had are great

Geek Squad is one of the best warrantees I ever had.

These folks were there for me during client emergencies, convention crisis', hardware failures, and helped me with some new technology so I looked dazzling ... all under the pressure of deadlines. They walk on water!

I've never had any concerns when I've had my extended warranty.

The service plan is a must keeps my product covered for 5 years

Once you do get to part of getting appointment to get serviced you are good to go. But it's the part that trying to set up appointment is really really super hard. You will reach to the point of feeling like throw your phone to any wall beside you before you get someone who speaks enough English to understand you want to set up service time with Protection plan you have bought. Some days you will get through, somedays you won't. Take your pick But I would say it's still cheaper to go through this than actually not having any protection at all since you might be lucky to talk to someone

Your rates are a little to high for regular people out there trying to live.

Have not had to use it yet but if we need it we have confidence that the Geek Squad will be here for us. This will be a big help if we encounter any Microwave problems as our Home Service Plus will not cover Microwave's.

This oven is great overall. The oven featured are so convenient.

really glad I had this when the *&^@# hit the fan on my fridge. Saved 700 in repairs so very happy with this.

I always feel more comfortable with the protection plans offered. You never know with the advance electronics in these appliances now, when something can and will go bad, you have piece of mind with the protection.
