worth the extra money since things are made like they use to be

I have had Geek Squad service in the past. Although I hopeto never need to use it, it's nice to know I have the coverage for my dishwasher if ever I need it.

I like the idea of knowing if anything breaks or needs serviced it will be covered. Best buy protection offers friendly service without the hassle

Haven’t had to use it but knowing I have this available to me just in case I need it in the future it’s priceless

The operator did not give me the correct information the first time I called, it was difficult for them to understand what I needed and they kept getting confuse with my two appliances that have the same brand name.

Let's hope we dont need to use this protection, but if we do, they pretty much well compensating with a replacement.

So far nothing has gone wrong with the refrigerator and a yr is not up yet. Glad I have warranty for 5 yes.

Poor quality. Knobs broke off and stainless steal started to peel. Samsung will not be of help unless you pay over $200 just to tell you it needs repair . Po

What happened to free car audio install and removal if you decide to remove when selling vehicle when you purchase items from Best Buy? No more ? You have to purchase “total protection plan” for just under $200.00 for basic installation and policy is only good for 2 years?

Only way to go when buying these type items Peace of mind! Cheap investment at purchase time Never regret it.
