What can I say. Geek squad always is awesome. This is one of the best purchases that I have ever made

I haven't used the service on the new dishwasher yet but have used Geek Squad in the past and have always been happy with the service.

Geek squad service up to this point has been okay. I hope it continues. they have been responsive to my phone calls.

I am normally a person that prefers sears warranties when it comes to my appliances because of their attention to detail. But this warranty was 1/3 the price and added to the terrific price of the product I could not pass it up. I have used geek squad on my electronic devices and was happy so I have to wait to see the progress on these items if needed

Geek squad has been amazing when I needed my refrigerator and dishwasher fixed. The customer service on the phone was great. The guy that came to fix it was very respectful and answered all my question. I recommend them to everyone and I'm slowly replacing all my appliances with best buy and geek squad protection!

I ordered a new suite of Samsung appliances online at BestBuy.com and it couldn't have been easier. They arrived on time and the delivery guys were great. My old kitchen looks new again, thanks to Best Buy! Can't say "thank you" enough!

Just great good space both freezer and fridge. My food lasts good amount fresh no freezer burn just great and good quality and color

The service protection is well worth the investment. They repair and replace when necessary. I just wish the turnaround time getting someone when needed was faster.

I was amazed when I had to return an appliance. I went to Best Buy. The geek squad asked me some questions, I answered and the asked would I like the same appliance or a different one. Taking out the extended warranty was the smartest thing I did.
