I love the Geek Squad protection plan I always get them however they shouldn’t warranty a refrigerator if they won’t replace it because an ice maker is considered an accessory. If it’s not working properly and can’t be fixed it needs to be replaced. Luckily my unit had other issues eventually but seriously they “repaired” the ice maker 10 times, at what point does that make sense?

things have engineered to fail nowadays due to corporate greed not buying the proaction plan on a major purchase in the past has been regretted I have a snow blower that breaks every year and unfortunately I did not get the plan so I'm stuck shoveling when I cant get it running

The protection plans are worthy and the technician are really well prepared.

The fridge itself is great. I HATE the glass! It shows fingerprints so badly.

Worth every penny, has saved me thanks to terrible Samsung appliances. Customer service is great and they get it done, sometimes they take a bit to schedule a repair but still worth it.

Had this on the old dishwasher - was able to get the money spent toward a new dishwasher - easily handled, pleasantly surprised. Purchased new agreement with new dishwasher - proved valuable!

New refrigerator ..extended warranty is a must for most new appliances. We have had lightning strikes that take out appliances …whether they are cord protected or not. Just wanted to make sure we are covered. Price was reasonable.

Bought this because I had this before and paid for itself 10 times over. My refrigerator had issues and they had to keep coming back and replacing parts. Thank goodness I had the extended warranty.

This service is great. The crew comes out right away if there’s problems. They’re easy to talk to and are very responsive no matter what the issue.

I hope I done need to use my warranty but I have piece of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, The Geek Squad will come and fix it!

Had 5 year geek squad on an LG electric oven. After 3 years control panel went and door would not lock properly. Cost to repair was too high so we received a gift card the the price of the original oven which was great.

I cannot really review this well as I have not yet used their services. I am sure they will provide good service if I need it

We purchased our new fridge over two years ago. Can't believe it's been two years. Geek SQUAD installed it perfectly. On time and informative. We tried another company before Bestbuy and they sucked and we got our money back and turned to Bestbuy for our appliances for the first time. Geek SQUAD and Bestbuy treat you like you want to be treated. Professionally.

Really happy, even surprised, at the quality of personal service THE GEEK SQUAD provides. I only hope the level of service and performance, particularly in the home is continued. The personnel seem to be very happy to extend every courtesy.

Great value and service. I purchased an oven and got this warranty. At the time I was skeptical of the warranty. Flash forward to a few months and the oven breaks. I was able to access the warranty through the bestbuy website and get a service appointment. The tech came out fixed the problem no questions asked, not hidden charges, no limitations. Well worth the money.
