Installed it myself in my Jeep, put in some Memphis speakers last year. The sound is pure, strong, and unbelievable for the price. I’ve always trusted Sony. Best Buy had the wire harness, antenna connection, and install kit for my vehicle, ready for pick up in about 25 minutes. Great service

Turned right on and immediately played through my amps without having to change any settings. Havent tried the Alexa feature yet, but sure it is fine. :) also happy it fit in my dash, my car has a small space in the dash for a radio.

The agent at the store The Geek Squad there they were helpful. The install Bay the guys were amazing. The repair center blamed everything but the radio. Even had the other accessories sent back and tested and they were fine. Then the radio can't go from being somewhat defective at the store to working perfectly fine at the repair center. So if I have to I will not shop Best Buy if I have to put a Geek Squad protection on anything. Because the repair center was a freaking joke.

Bought this one after the original Kicker amp was faulty, not disappointed. Easy to install and works great! Sound is awesome and it powers my 12 and all 4 interior speakers!

Came rated at 914 @ 1 Ohm. Powering a single 12” Kicker CWR. Dual 2 Ohm voice coil wired parallel. Surprised considering the price spent on sub, amp and ported enclosure from Best Buy.

Although some extended warranties are a scam, this is not. I had a problem where the front speakers started going in and out, took it in, and they fixed it without questioning or cost.

Love what it does, but lack of instrucrional manual is a real killer.

This purchase is worth covering with the Geek Squad protection plan since it covers damage to the device and Geek Squad can install the replacement. Probably not needed if you take care of the speakers but since they can be easily shorted or damaged electrically it is worth it.
