Thanks geek squad for installing my new system, they did a fantastic job!

I bought this headunit for my older vechicle. Radio went out and after researching I went with the Kenwood especially since Best Buy offered free installation. I only had the unit for almost 2 months and the display and some buttons stopped working. This protection planned saved the day! The processes that Best Buy has to go through in order to fix it was a little dramatic but it is their world.

So far so good I haven’t had to use it but with electrical devices it’s a good protection plan.

The customer service I received was excellent on this purchase !!! The employees went out of there way to help me, which I really appreciated !!!

Once again, the price paid is well worth a piece of mind not having to worry about your equipment failing.

I enjoy having peace of mind and having a protection plan gives me that. Since I have never used the Geek Squad for car radio installation I felt it was advisable to buy the protection plan for the radio head unit. The installation itself comes with a warranty and having the head unit protection just adds value.

Definitely worth the money. Ease of mind knowing you have coverage!

Highly recommend buying a Geek Squad protection plan. Bought a 3 year plan for an item, and it broke almost 3 years later. Brought it in to Geek Squad and they were super quick to help!

This item shows up when i did a search for dvd player car stereo. Unfortunately I had no choice but to install this in my toy hauler because I'm leaving to go camping this week and there's no time to return it and get a replacement. I had to install this so we at least have music while camping.. DVD capability was the only filter i selected in my search and expected this to have video output since it showed up in the search with that filter.. ill have to bring our home dvd player so our kida cab movies if they want.

Bought it along with the Planet Audio Wireless CarPlay device purchase for my 2016 Corolla S as I felt it would be nice to have a 4-Year Protection Plan for it. I am yet to receive any service as part of this but feels good to have it as it adds confidence to purchase the audio especially as there is no other support from Best Buy after installation.

Service tech was cordial and respectful. Took awhile but there was a lot to install.

The service was excellent the installer was the best there is.

We will see one month in I really hope they stand by this and replace my product if it breaks within the four years

I have owned a continuous Geek Squad service / technical support agreement since the creation of Geek Squad. Most of my contact is done via remotely (on line) but there are times when I still need to take a PC into the Geek Squad in Best Buy. I use their services at least once a month and am confident I could not find better professional service anywhere else. An added plus in they are available 24/7/

The agent help me connect my t.v. and receiver that was suppose to happen but he couldn't help me to figure it out so i found out on my own but he tried his best
