So far so good -- we feel like we're well-covered with the 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection service plan we purchased with our new LG washer. Highly recommend to buyers for the peace of mind.

I mean what can I say, it’s the Geek Squad, they are amazing at their jobs. If something is broken you are lucky to still have it insured by the Geek Squad, because they will fix the problem and FAST!!!

It’s very important to protect you purchase. Best Buy geek squad is there to help. Wether it’s to come to your home and fix the issue or get you a new product if they can’t repair it.

Installation was smooth but there was a small error made by the person taking the order. He put my dryer in warranty in place of washer

They answered in a timely manner and had a tech scheduled to look at unit quickly!

I haven’t how do use geek squad on the washer and dryer we bought yet but I have used geek squad by four and they did a really good job with the repairs

The LG True Balance washing/Dryer Machine. It washes the clothes perfectly and The Dryer is so efficient and Fast . The only thing is the tube in the Drain Filter is too Short it should have been longer, then it would be easier to Drain it.

I love that my products are protected. They just don't make things like they used to but the Service Plan makes me feel more at ease and happier with my purchase.

Very big bin and smart home enabled for alexa or google home. It takes a while to wash a heavy load but clothes come out clean.

I haven’t had to use this yet but hopefully it comes in handy when something goes wrong with my washer or dryer. I will update in the future.

So glad we got the geek squad protection for our open box dryer, as soon as we noticed it making a sound we called them and the sent the part the next day. Our appointment was within a week and they knew exactly what to do to fix it. Our dryer works perfectly now.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan option is a must have with the purchase of any washer, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and higher end tv's! If something goes wrong Best Buy makes it right!

I haven't had to use this and hopefully won't have too!! I only by this warranty for big ticket items. I have only had to use this warranty in the past once and was pleased with the experience. I would recommend it for big ticket items!

Geek Squad helped me navigate through the issues, they are knowledgeable, while they may get offended when you ask some stupid question, however, worth buying the protection specifically for large purchases.

We have always favored Samsung washers and dryers. This one rises to our level of expectation for Samsung products, and we recommend it with our highest recommendation.

Always purchase extended warranty for any of your new appliance just in case there’s a problem in the future. Its worth buying it coz any appliance tends to break within 2 years of use.
