Fortunately haven't had to use it as washer is brand new but it is good to have should something go awry.

I haven't used the service for the washer but Greek is the best! I've had them work on my laptops in the last.

I am so happy that I had paid extra to get the extended coverage, my other washer broke down and since it was going to be too expensive to fix , the protection plan covered for us to get a new one.

Get the protection, this washer is a replacement for one that was on warranty and went belly up 4 years into the 5 year warranty, totally worth it.

Love having this, keeps my mind at ease in case something happens.
