I ordered a dryer was delivered by geek squad guys were polite. But dryer never worked I called geek squad 3 hours after it was delivered had to wait 4 days for them to come look at it was unfixable.so had to be returned I then had to wait 4or 5 days for them to come pick it back up and bring new dryer in mean time had to go to laundry Matt spend more money this should of been fix much sooner at a 700 price .i was very upset on how this all played out cost me even more money in long run but the guys who were here to drop off were polite did there work but did not clean up after the moved furniture to get dryer were it needed to go but did not put it back when done also the Dickson city store does not have enough people to hook up gas stuff. First I was told they can't hook up then after they got here was told they could if the guy that has certification was with them ( which he was not) and 2nd time here store told me they can hook it up but there was additional charge ( are u serious I spend 700 on dryer that didn't work you told me could be hooked up by you now it can if I pay more money) and still guys that came couldn't hook up because they were not certified to do so and new dryer was even more money than first time plus I had to go to laundry Matt to do my laundry

I'm gonna give this a great radting but hopefully I never need to use it

I regret not getting this with our last washing machine and now have peace of mind with this purchase should anything go wrong. It's worth spending the extra money.

Good decision to purchase this service plan extended warranty. Had to use it recently and the repair needed on our Maytag gas dryer was made with no fuss!

Warranty seems a decent price, bought new washer after having old washer for 10 years I’ve used Best Buy warranty with prior washer that’s why I bought warranty had good results.

Geek squad protection plans are the way to go. They are for in home service of your appliance and they always come quick to repair your appliances.

I was wormed of potential dryer belt failure. Purchased the extended warranty in case I was plagued by this problem. Hopefully I won’t have to use this.

Having access to the geek squad 24/7 for me is a life saver. I work remotely from Arkansas to California. Down time for me is a killer. I have used the service four times since purchase and its been excellent. Highly recommend.

You should always use extended warranty for appliances, especially with washers. I would recommend contacting the sales rep who got you the appliance instead of going to the Geek Squad section since the appliance gut will know local repair people.

I am loving my new washer and dryer! So much room in the washer. Washes do well!

Item arrived and installed on time and as expected

I know a lot of people do not believe in getting these warranties but believe me, they are well worth it, especially on large items. Just give the number a call and they will arrange for someone to take care of the problem. Doesn't get more simple than that.
