Had nasty experience in the past when Best Buy used 3rd party tech. But now that Geek Squad does it all, and have had them out here once already, it's a MUCH better experience.

I haven't had to use the geek squad protection so that's a good sign. In the past when I have used this service, it ran smoothly.

Hopefully it protects my investment and hopefully their service, if needed, is simplified and easy to work with

The agent installed my slide in range and recommended I turn the oven on first before using it to get the factory oil and grease off of it.

The guys brought in the fridge with ease and took the old one away with no problems. And it was the same crew they are good

Haven't had to use, but was a good deal for new appliances these days after hearing horror stories.
