    The delivery team installed the the refrigerator expertly using correct COVID protocols. They thoroughly cleaned the area prior to leaving.

    Haven’t needed to use it yet but having additional insurance (warranty) on an appliance is a good thing

    Not Insurance

    My Refrigerator started to die after 11 months. I tried to claim the warranty and they said I had to go through Samsung directly. Samsung saw there was only 3 weeks left in the factory warranty and drug the process out 3 weeks, then said the warranty expires an passed the buck to Best Buy warranty. Best Buy then took 4 days to schedule an inspection, another 5 days to schedule a third party repair tech, and then another 10 days to order parts and get the repair done. Meanwhile, my refrigerator is no longer chilling food and I'm stuck without a major aplliance. My recommendation would be to avoid warranties on major appliances. It woild have been cheaper and faster just to buy a new one fue to lost food, eating out, time spent dealing with bureaucracy of insurance.

    A must get especially when you purchase major appliances, we've had issues with our washer/dryer and it was fixed with no issues.

    Worth it, we had a minor issue and they replaced the fridge no questions asked. Will definitely be purchasing this for future items.

    I never got a chance to try calling the agent yet, but buying this plan was very easy and i feel like my open box is protected for 3 years with this.

    Having the protection is nice but the process is pretty bad. Had my issue escalated. Notes were not taken properly. The WORST part was the service guys that they have a contract with.
