Bought a refrigerator from best buy outlet. It was an open box but was said to be still functioning. After having it for 14 days we noticed everything in the freezer had defrosted. Temperature reading inside the fridge said the freezer was at 0 degrees Fahrenheit but in reality it was at 60 degrees when i put a temperature probe inside. Geek sqaud came out 4 days later to repair. They claimed the gasket on the freezer was not sealing correctly cause it to let heat in. They then “repaired” it and later that night it was still not freezing. Had to call them again and now have to wait another 2 days to have someone come out again.

My experience with Geek Squad has been great! They’re on the ball and very accommodating.

Always, Always get the additional warranty plan. Can't beat peace of mind if there is a problem.
