The extended warranty is a good investment for your product. I would highly recommend it.

I'm happy to have it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because geek squad is helpful but like most customer services it has its flaws.

Get a fridge in the Best Buy outlet for a good price and add 5 years warranty still cheaper and is been cover until 2026

I haven't had to to utilize the geek squad protection for this product yet however it's nice to have the insurance just in case.

dont know haven't had to use the protection plan for large appliances. great plan for small items hope it is the same.

Hopefully we won't ever need it but got the extended warranty. Buying from Pacific Sales / Best buy it was half the price of what the company working with GE cost.

Have had best buy warranties before and was completely impressed with ease of getting service and the knowledge of the service person. Will always get Best Buy warranties.

2 years still working, ni issues at all. Good price

Our refrigerator broke after 1.5 years and it could not be fixed by geek squad or the manufacturer so they replaced it which was great but what they don’t tell you is that you is that the 3.5 years left on the warranty does not transfer over to the new refrigerator. So we’re out $350 for the original warranty and spent $350 on the new warranty. doesn’t seem right.

With all the problems that refrigerators have these days it’s nice to know that an extended warranty can be purchased for a reasonable amount of money.

Love this because anything that happens to my freezer they are willing and ready to help! I got the 3 year warranty.
