The agent installed the water line for the refrigerator

I have geek squad protection for my dishwasher. The GE dishwasher has broken down after two years of use. So far, I have been unimpressed with Geek Squad service. I had to wait 30 minutes to try and get an appointment on a phone call only to have them drop my call. I then resorted to online chat, and I had better results in that I got an appointment scheduled for them to check the machine (still took about 20 minutes for her to schedule the appt on the chat). Unfortunately, that appt is 2 weeks out. My guess is once they come to check it, they will order parts. I will, as a result, be without a dishwasher for several weeks. There is really no quality support here. The scheduling was terrible. The wait is terrible. I have bought a few appliances from Best Buy, but after this experience, I am done with them.

Only covers issues that affect the operation not comes Eric issues such as dents and scratches.

Got additional protection plan on my new purchases at Best Buy. Products are still new so I haven't had to use it yet, but I like having the peace of mind.

Very good fridge though a bit pricey. It is very roomy and connection to the internet is nice addition.

Never had to use my refrigerator protection but I a very happy to have you never know how we can need it!!

I bought the extra protection because I do think thinks can happen. They don’t make anything like they once did.

Haven’t needed it so far so really nothing to say about it.

Great product and great customer service. The sales knew their thing and did not try to push for something. Overall satisfied with the fridge and service.
