    Doesn't even cover your new Refrigerator Gasket.

    Purchased refrigerator new. Gaskets failed in less than 24 months. Have both Total Tech and Geek Squad protection. Geek Squad was almost $500 and was supposed to be never pay for parts and labor and failures from normal wear and tear, we'll repair it or replace your product. So when I called to get the gaskets replaced under warranty I'm told there will be a $128.08 charge because the gaskets tearing and leaking aren't covered by the manufacturer, Geek Squad for almost $500 or Total Tech for $200. TIn my opinion this is total misrepresentation and failure to disclose all the Geek Squad warranty protection escape clauses Best Buy uses.

    I have been trying to schedule a Repair for my refrigerator for 3 months now. I have been given a Case # 243267036. But have waited for Several Hours on Hold, but they will Not schedule a Repair of even answer the darn call. I experienced the same situation on the website, will trying to do this via Live Chat. My next call is to the PA State Attorney General to prefer Fraud Charges against these people.

    Geek Squad not much help with install issues

    Why did i pay full price for this piece of equipment? Extended warranty was the only saving grace. i missed out on the class action law suit.

    Convenient for Best Buy Horrid for Customer

    Requested a repair for my refrigerator and received an authorization for an exchange . After calling 6 to 7 people to get the answer needed , the catch is it I have to bring it in the store myself for the exchange, which I don’t have the means to do so this is a 9.2 cubic refrigerator. This is not a little fridge. Horrid service make no sense to customers but convenient to Best Buy.

    The geek squad for my fridge was the worst ever, literally a waste of time for 3 days a total of 24 hours wasted waiting for a repair company to show up fix a fixture that at the end of the day i fixed with super glue, they kept trying to send the same company what was stupid as heck that after the first time even geek squad could not get a hold of them!!! But said they will come, after the third missed appointment from them I canceled the protection plan and used that money for super glue

    Useless geek squad. Worst ever service. 2 months into purchase of my fridge with broken handles. Refused to do anything as it’s still under manufacture warranty and manufacturer doing nothing. Spent hours on the phone between LG and geek squad. Why do I pay extra for geek squad ?? Scammers

    Now that I need to use my warranty its not active and now I have to wait until BB GS activates it and have to wait 5-7....in the meantime I have no fridge and its summer time

    It is a waste of money to buy the protection plan. It takes several months to get the parts in so by that time, you have to buy a new fridge anyway. Who can go without a refrigerator for 3 months...or longer, shoot I'm still waiting. They could give you a voucher for a new one but instead would rather order every part in the book and make you wait.
