Just installed a week ago. The size is perfect and easy to handle!! The temp diplay with green light is very convenient!!

It cost money offen to avoid spending even more money, this is what this protect plan means to me.

I’m very satisfied with the extended warranty. I actually had to use it, and the process was very easy and smooth. Everything was handled quickly and without any hassle. It gave me peace of mind, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this extended warranty.

Just got the refrigerator did not need the protection plan yet but the price seemed reasonable.

These guys are awesome! I discovered years ago that I am not intuitive regarding much of the geek-speak involved with today's technology so I rely on the Geek Squad to get me working with the latest and greatest!

Solid warranty and would recommend for most items. I typically get these warranties for my open box purchased from Best Buy just to increase the peace of mind and make sure the item is protected. I do recommend

Happy I got it but I wish it had the upgrade feature that some other warranties have.

Never used to buy these. Then we had a television and two new appliances (all name brand) crap out within 18-24 months after replacing 30+ year old units. Consider it.

Help me with my phone I Google some scammer we call Google and some scammer took over my phone and stole three credit cards and I had it debugged by the geek squad

Needed help with my tablet and it something so simple for them to do the service man didn’t even have to get out of his chair to fix it. They are so knowledgeable about everything!!

They make service a little more easy, manageable to use.

Haven't had to use it, but i am happy to have it. You never know when things will stop working, and good piece of mind to know there's protection for it.

The Geek Squad is okay. Communication with ordering parts could be better.
