I always purchase one of Best Buys extended warranties. They are always helpful on the phone when I need them. They are responsive and fast with service. My worry is always that a company is going to find some loophole to not honor an extended warrantly, but Best Buy always comes through.

They are quick to take care of all the issues you have when a problem happens! And friendly!

I truly enjoy the 5 year Geek Squad protection as it makes it so much easier if there's a problem with the product that I've bought from Best Buy. I always buy protection for this reason.

This is an excellent option to buy peace of mind at a reasonable cost. The terms offered are very attractive. I was able to buy a lower cost product along with this extra warranty, which in my opinion gave an equivalent value as compared to a higher priced product and I saved a lot of money. I strongly recommend that one should go for the additional warranty offered.

I purchased this 5-Year Standard Geek -Squad Protection to go with my newly purchased LG fridg.

My Fridge failed and they could not find servicer. They replaced it with a LG side by side and refunded me the difference. I now am so much better off with the LG. This service is worth purchasing when buying a new refrigerator. They came through.

So glad we received protection from the geek squad. I am already utilizing to support proper water line installation.

Cant really say much about this besides, Im glad that I have extra coverage to give me a piece of mind if something does go wrong.

I don't always buy GSP, but I did for my refrigerator. It was nice that the saleman didn't try to oversell me. I could have bought 5 years, but he said I could buy 3 yrs now and then add to it for the same price in a couple of years. It was something that I wanted, but now I can try it for a few years and see how things go and decide if I want to add to it later.

Have had the fridge for over two months now and has been great. Have water connected with filter and the water feature is great. Also a plus is the ice maker.

The refrigerator was very spacious and the young lady that helped me chose the correct one was very knowledgeable

Used the Geek Squad twice for a dehumidifier. On both occasions, the service was prompt and seamless. Will definitely the service/repair warranty by Geek Squad

I've had this Samsung fridge for 4 1/2 days, paid for a 3 yr. extended warranty and there are now problems with the freezer. I went on the Geek "Help Chat" and the geek told me that a repair visit would start at $99. I then called the Geek Squad and was told to call Samsung myself. I certainly could have spent the $200 extra warranty money on something worthwhile, because this isn't.

Geek squad - Installed refrigerator, noticed small dent, but they left all the packaging and tape inside. Was a challenge and took us a long time to take all the packing components & tape off. Very challenging trying to figure out how the shelving went in especially the shelf that has a mini moveable shelf. And the plastic bin shelf that goes over the beverage center does not fit correctly and is crooked in how it sits.

It’s sometimes hard to figure out stuff on your own, they help a lot and always have answers you need

I haven’t used the warranty or this service, but staff is always helpful and courteous.

It is spacious, nice size compartments, but no outside ice dispenser. Other than that, i highly recommend it.
