Geek squad noticed a few dings on the refrigerator as soon as they unpacked it. They were able to call geek squad/best buy and get us a partial refund.

I am a firm believer in getting extra protection on expensive appliances. They have come in handy more times.than not. Save your self the headache and money later on and get the extra protection. It is well worth it.

Best Buy brought the wrong fridge, then 3 fridges that didn't work until we finally got a different (working fridge). Therefore, you must have a warranty!

My fridge was installed as ordered. The units were plugged in, plastic and packing materials removed.

We love this refrigerator. Never had this much refrigerator and freezer space. The ice cube maker makes great ice of a couple different sizes.

When buying a product this expensive, you need some protection. But, haven't had to use it.

After my last experience with a Samsung refridgerator the 5 year warranty is necessary! Best Buy's offer was competitive and I was told they do not sub the work out like some competitors. Must have it, but I hope I never need it.

I'm glad that Best Buy offers an extended warranty, and for a good price. It's comforting to know that I will not have to worry about my parents being stuck with a repair bill if anything goes wrong with the refrigerator.

Always get the plan on any appliance or computer you purchase. You never know when something may go wrong. I always buy the protection plan
