Iv called a couple times and they have help me step by step I highly recommend when purchasing appliances

Haven’t used it yet, but will likely have to with any appliance made in last 10yrs. All makers don’t make appliances like they used to.

I hope I don't have to use this but the coverage is good for the amount of time and cost

Always worth it to get the geek squad. Any issues or questions and you call them and issue is solved.

Anytime I need assistance with laptop/printer, etc. the Squad is there to help. Every time I needed assistance, they were able to help me through the problem.

Always buy the Geek Squad protection and it's always been worth doing so. Had issues previously with only a month left and got a free TV because I had the protection.

I'm happy to have it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because geek squad is helpful but like most customer services it has its flaws.

Big and has lots of room we love it.. it’s our first fridge in our home and we enjoy it especially in the heat

This a warranty. What can I say now? Wait til I need service and we'll see how good it is.

I opted for the 3 year protection plan for the new refrigerator that replaced the broken one. Hopefully I will not need it.

It is great to know that there is a protection plan. Hopefully we will not have to use it.

I like BB's coverage, & I believe it's good to have extended protection appliances.

I’ve had previous warranties with Best Buy, they are generally good with their service. I’ve not had to use this one yet.

Hopefully will never need this, but it does give me piece of mind. Purchased for my Insignia Freezer.

Stop what your doing and make sure you protect that new Fridge from Best Buy with their 3-Year Warranty Protection!!!

Hopefully we won't ever need it but got the extended warranty. Buying from Pacific Sales / Best buy it was half the price of what the company working with GE cost.

This product has many space and room for almost everything and it can hold food for two weeks. I love and I’m very happy with it. Thank you LG and bestbuy.
