It's a comfort knowing we have the added protection if needed. Price is affordable.

I haven't needed to file a claim on the appliances that I purchased this 3 year protection plan on. So I really cannot say if the service offered is all that great. However, the peace of mind given with the purchase of this makes it worth it in my opinion.

I purchased 3-year standard geek squad protection and I am glad I did this

Horrible!!! The water tasted bad after putting in a new water filter. Put in a work order, they came out and said it was the water line connector that's causing the bad tastes in the water. They do not services anything attached to the refrigerator. The warranty only covered what is build on the refrigerator. Replaced a new water line connector, the water still tasted bad.

It was very easy to get the plan and it covers exactly what I hoped.

Geek squad is very convenient. Allows for extended protection and services.

I hope to never need it but past experience- it has always been great.
