The crew installed my new refrigarator and it was very professional.

I get GS protection on pretty much everything I get from Best Buy, it’s hassle free if you need to use it. No hoops to jump through and no funny business.

Well I do like the fridge but not the break down and I guess that’s where the Geek Squad protection plan would help out so it’s better to have than not.

We always choose a five year extended warranty. Comes in handy

Horrible!!! The water tasted bad after putting in a new water filter. Put in a work order, they came out and said it was the water line connector that's causing the bad tastes in the water. They do not services anything attached to the refrigerator. The warranty only covered what is build on the refrigerator. Replaced a new water line connector, the water still tasted bad.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Geek Squad Protection Plan because it gives me peace of mind to know they will help me when I have questions or problems. My past experience with Geek Squad is very positive.

The 5 year Geek Squad protection is great! If I have a question, I just call and they have an answer for me!

I feel that warraty purchase is worth investing. If something goes wrong there will be some repairs covered.

I highly recommend the extended warranty through Best Buy. It's affordable and they take care of issues immediately with your product. Hopefully it will never be needed but have peace of mind knowing it's there!

I am a major fan of protection for durable goods. Having purchased a refrigerator at a great value, I do not want to have to fix something, prematurely, out of pocket. Buying an extended warranty is always a smart idea.

Affordable, which is key. Do wish I could extend it if I choose to.
