Installed my refrigerator. It was not easy to get it into the house. But they were willing to trouble shoot when necessary.

Had this for 6 months now and love it. Fit perfect in our kitchen, it’s our first fridge with filtered water, and it seems to work great. Geek squad hooked up the water line I had put in place, put the fridge right where I wanted it and made sure everything was working before they left.

So glad we received protection from the geek squad. I am already utilizing to support proper water line installation.

Good peace of mind, knowing that the fridge will be fixed for the term of the plan.

warranty's are always good to have even though you already get one with the Manufacturer. with this one best buy takes care of it for you if you have problems

I can't imagine not having this service. I have used it for years and have found it to be well with the price!. I call or set up an appointment, and it is uncomplicated. They are courteous, are able to resolve whether in-store or sending my product out, but always in a timely manner. Everyone should have this!

Good idea to get something like this to protect your purchases

Geek Squad is a must have whenever I purchase an appliance because, for me, they do an excellent job. If I ever need to have them come out for installations, over the phone advice, etc. they're prompt, friendly, and efficient.

This is a 3-year protection plan, as only two weeks have passed, I am unable to provide an accurate assessment. Seems okay, but time will tell.

Highly highly highly recommend having this. Our ice maker in our fridge stop working correctly and they were able to come out and fix it right away. Super friendly super service too!

Service members were cordial and communicated well. They were able to get the job done and answer questions. Just wish they had explained before they left why they didn’t plug in the fridge.

Cant really say much about this besides, Im glad that I have extra coverage to give me a piece of mind if something does go wrong.
