Easy to setup a Service Request in case something breaks down.

My previous well known branded refrigerator had cooling issues. So I purchased a new refrigerator. For peace of mind, I also purchased two years of extra warranty. I hope I don't have to use this service.

Purchased the 3yr plan to go with my brand new fridge. Haven’t had to use it yet as the fridge was just delivered this past weekend on 18Apr2021. Fridge was delivered smoothly and installed.

The extra warranty is all worth it. I have had 2 items that have not been repairable and they have done what they say they will do. I highly recommend the extra protection.

Your delivery guys were polite, kept me informed whelile they were doing things, everything 5 stsr

Some people say the warrantee is not worth it. It is worth it when your freezer or anything of value goes out.

They are trustworthy people ..they are very professional when we speak about handling all products issues

Bought this on a open box refrigerator... fridge looked great but you never know what could of happened between it being opened, returned and put back out for sale. That's a lot of back and forth. Now I'm not too worried about it because I know I'm covered.

The 5-year protection plan seems good for durable goods (like refridgerators) - I've had shorter plans for other products and have not had to use them because there have not been problems with the products. I assume that BestBuy provides the service it propmises.

I would recommend this to anybody because it is very spacious,easy to clean it also has so much features to make things easy for you.

I purchased geek squad for protecting my new purchase

I always buy the protection plan from Best Buy, because the plan could save you money if the product needs repairs

I always buy protection since appliances always run into issues. Geek squad protection has saved me many times.

We have not had to use it and feel the Geek Squad will provide excellent service if needed.

Haven’t needed to use it. Hopefully we won’t have any problems in the future with the appliance.

If I ever need it ,it is worth paying for it which was not a bad price for 3 years
