Haven't had to use; but find purchasing Geek Squad service is a good deal.

5 year protection will give me piece of mind. I bought a floor model so it was a good idea to get the 5 year plan.

I haven't had to use it and hopefully I never will.

Always buy a protection plan on whatever you buy no matter how big or small, it will always come in handy in the long run.
