My units arrived in a very timely manner. Installation crew was wonderful. I had been going to.the laudrymat and was tired of it so i made the jump to these units. Absolutly wonderful. Best purchase ive ever made. I do have the extra protection package just in case. But so far so good. I have a large drum top loader so if you are short you may want to think about a front loader. Im tall so its great for me. The dryer has a moisture sensor which is great.

I always buy the extended warranty at Best Buy and they honor it. I've bought multiple TV's over the years that fizzled out in less than a year (Two Toshiba TV's. I will NEVER buy Toshiba's again) but Best Buy came, saw the TV was defective and replaced the cost so that I could apply it to another purchase.

I review the Geek Squad service agreement and found it quite comprehensive for more then just faulty product coverage...

Very good value for an extended warranty especially for a modern machine.

Had a problem with my first washing machine we bought and Best Buy stepped right up with my warranty and delivered a new one hooked it up and all is good.

The washer and dryer are very quiet and works very well, what I like the most is when you’re away and have the machines running it let’s you know when the machine stop’s also my clothes comes out clean every time. The machines works very well it’s awesome, glad I purchase it.

Recently called in Geek Squad to service our Dryer that wouldn't stop tumbling. I forget the service tech's name, but he was very honest and professional, telling us exactly what was wrong and when the new part would arrive. Although he needed to reschedule one, it wasn't a huge deal as when he did came to work on our appliance he fixed it less than 15 minutes. Would recommend!

The Geek Squad coverage is the best in the business and the only one I truly trust to follow through on what is promised. I add it to all of my major purchases and it has come through in the clutch on many occasions.

Another warrant, another protection plan. Difficult to rate, because I haven't used it for this purchase. Others, have resulted in a positive experience.

This protection is very good to have in a case of an emergency parent or for a costly repairs that it is covered under warranty this is your best bet to ensure that whatever you purchase is covered. Just like a car you need insurance.

The agents unloaded my appliance and hooked it up to the correct outlets and tubes . Very knowledgeable about the appliance and how to run it.

I have not used this for this purchase, but i ha e used them in the past- great service!

A five year warranty on new washer for a very reasonable price. I no-brainer.

I have had to use this warranty in the past unfortunally I live in a very rural town so that a lot of the time they are unable to send a tech to me but have never had an issue they usually refund me back what I paid for the original unit and I go back to them to get a new one easy and good customer service

Have never had to use them, but it’s nice to know they are there if needed.

Excellent product we love it. No issues really quiet when is washing and drying.

I called to inform the company that the delivery guys were quick but a little too quick because they failed to completely set up the vent/exhaust tubing & I had to call back and get it done properly.

5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection warranties for large appliances are a no brainer for me. Granted I am an old geezer, but I remember when washers, dryers, refrigerators and stoves lasted over 20 years. Not so any more. Warranties are a must for new appliances that have computers that burn out with power surges during bad storms. Besides appliances and appliance repair is so expensive now that extended warranties often pay for themselves in the long run.
