It will not break!!! It broke :( No worries. Geek squad came out and fixed it in a few days. Saved us hundreds of dollars. We always add this to our appliances and it always pays off. Love it!!!

I usually don't buy extended plans but after having worked on my old washer at least a half dozen times before deciding to replace it, this was just peace of mind.

The extended warranty saved us when our washer crapped out but the price of the extended warranty is crazy pricey nowadays.

it's a good deal if you do a lot of business with Best Buy like we do. We do o property management and buy a lot of appliances thus one of the benefits is free delivery or haul away. this paid for itself within a couple of months for us

Excellent service although have to waited for several weeks for replacement. BestBuy replaced my less than 2-year old Samsung washer with a new one due to several malfunctions.

I took out the 5 year ext warranty because of their customer service. Never had a prob.

I purchase extended warranties for all major appliances I purchase. BB has always been easy to work with to troubleshoot and/or schedule an in home repair..
