Greeat customer service very helpful over the phone help

I have yet to use this I am going to be calling in a couple of days and will return back to let you guys know how the service was crossing fingers they can help me with my problem that I am having!

the protection plan is definitely worth it. My old machine broke, two years after buying it, and best buy ordered the parts, sent out a professional service tech to do the repair, and my machine was good as new.

This is a wonderful washer and dryer! I can wash my king size comforter and it is thoroughly cleaned! Works well and the I have not had any problems with the product. First instillation was dented but it was replaced immediately.

Very professional. Called when they were on their way and wore masks when they got here. Removed and installed washer/dryer in no more than 30 minutes.

Our salesperson recommended this to us. We asked her about all different scenarios and contingencies and we figured that this plan will serve the purpose of warranty and I liked the fact that I don't have to pay visitation fee from the geek squad. We got this for our fridge, washer and dryer.

My washer gave out and geek squad replaced it right away. Highly recommend getting it.
