I am very pleased with my warranty because now I know if anything happens my appliances are under the best care!!!

Delivered on time, fast hookup by the delivery guys and the price was great.

So far I haven’t had to use this but I cannot stress enough that these are important to get.

I had to get geek squad on my machine because the last one broke repeatedly. I know best buy did not make the Samsung washer, however they had to fix and replace it. I always get geek squad.

Have not used this for anything but it is always good to have a peace of mind if anything were to happen

Best Buy can provide the tech to fix it, or the means to replace the item, I always purchase the GSP plan.

Love this washer...My last set of Amanas just died and they were 18 years old.

Hopefully I never need to use the warranty but I’m grateful I bought it as the last couple have not lasted five years

As a past employee always get the protection! Trust me. It comes in handy for every day wear and tear that the manufacturer won't cover at all... I've dealt with a lot of it.

Great investment. If it breaks within 5 years they will come and service it and if needs be give you a brand new one.

I always buy the geek plan...it has saved us more than once...a lot of times a product goes out within 30 days and one item right before the warranty end...saved by the bell...
