Haven't had to use the protect plan, however, I saw in the news how the spin cycle on the Samsung washer was exploding?

Have not had to take advantage of this, hope not to have to.

My LG washer prior lasted 10 years but always great to add the extra insurance

We bought the 5 year protection plan for product failure. The last item we bought this on, someone at Best Buy decided to cancel it out after 3 years and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Hopefully, we don’t need to use the plan ..... but if we do, hopefully it gives us the peace of mind for the full 5 years we bought it for.
