I bought the dual set of whirlpool wahing and drying machine on March 16,2019. My washing machine stopped working mid August of 2020. Called in repair, with no luck, kept getting pushback saying part was back ordered, On September 20 2020 i was forced to buy another washer since there was no expectant day as to when and if they would receive a part. I called 2 days ago and was told I was approved for a return but they would keep the money of the protection program because they were exchanging! It seems really unfair they would keep the money since it was not in my control not to fix the washing machine. I would be ok with them prorating the amount for the covered months since i paid for a 5 yr warranty and my washing machine only worked for 1 yr and 5 months

Warranty is comparable to the market price, Great peace of mind when i purchased.

I have 4 kids and alway recommend getting geek squad protection on everything!

Geek squad installers did a fantastic job, even when things do go exactly right!

normally I do not purchase extended warranties but I do on higher end purchases

Having the protection plan make mom feel more comfortable that she can't damage washer.

Finally getting a bigger better dryer my old whirlpool was over 30 years old

been with out use of my washing machine since june they tried to fix, well that didnt work so now i am waiting till october 16 2025 for delivery on a replacement 4 months without a washing machine, ridiculous.

Better price than they used to charge. Hope I don't need it but nice knowing we have it.
