Terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This warranty is a nigthmare. i had an appointment about two weeks ago for Friday 15th 12:00 - 5:00pm. and the repair man was a no show/no call. I called best buy customer service who had me on the phone for over 4 hours transferring me to different departments. They finally reschedule my appointment for june 19. The repairman comes by himself which is another big issue i told the reps repeatedly my washer and dryer are stacked. I had to send someone to my house to help him take down the dryer. I also had to have someone else disconnect the dryer. I have to now wait another week for the part to come in. It taking close to 4 weeks to repair this washer. I don't understand what this warranty covers. I've been a Elite plus member for over fours years. That's ending this year. I will never buy warranty from this company again.

Very disappointed. Over 2 weeks and no parts

The repairs are done by a 3rd party. Technician came out, took pictures of the model and serial number and said he would have to order parts. It has been two weeks and still not parts. I have called the 3rd party (Goodman Networks) with no luck. Every time I am told parts are not in yet. They can not give me an idea to when the parts will be in, or even offer to find out what the status is. I called Geek Squad to see if they could get information from Goodman, but all they could tell me was Goodman had ordered parts. So here we sit, broken washer, no parts, no idea of when it will be repaired and no one at Geek Squad or Goodman Networks can help. Not a good experience. Should not take over two weeks to get a washer repaired. Why pay for a protection plan if you can't get timely service

backup when things go wrong

Not showing up on in-home service appointment

The communication is only with the call center and they look at the screen with the same information the you see online. The agents at the Gig Squad call center just follow the protocols that let us running around.

Terrible service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was never able to resolve my issue with the machine in spite of countless - altho had something like 25 job numbers - calls. Received conflicting information, false information. Calls were not returned and the technician who showed up had no idea why he was there - thought just to "check out" the machine. Just looked at it. Did not examine the hook up. Seemed to not understand what I was saying. I had described the issue in detail to 2 customer service reps who apparently never passed this along. This tech told me to replace it. Ultimately I cancelled the order. Have never had such terrible customer service. Incompetent and dishonest.
