Purchased a 3 year warranty for both washer and dryer I gave three stars because I had to pay $75 warranty separately. Which too me was extremely high. Look for a better deal by purchasing washer and dryer as combo first!

I feel a lot a safer with the extended warranty....

Installed but did not level properly washer or dryer. Best Buy sent another team out that corrected the problem.

Got it for my washer and dryer had it before good service

I called the geek squad at Best Buy for a major mold problem in 2 year old Maytag washer and they gave me run around, sent a technician from Nite Owl appliance repair, He took pictures, said it should be replaced, Then I received an email saying that I need to find a repair man on my own due to improper maintenance which is so far from the truth. I have 5 year protection plan for a faulty washer. I would never buy anything from Best Buy again. And their protection plans are worthless! Home Depot stands behind their protection plan.

Used geek squad in past good dealings will buy extra warranty again

worst experience ever. same technitian came twi e and assume we did not take good care of the unit.both times said the same think there os nothing i can do. i had sears and pc richard before and always got my appliance problem solved. i gess thats what i get for paying cheap now im stucked with this service for 5 years

Have not used it yet.. if the main board goes out on the dryer it'll at least pay for that.

I expected to call geek squad to have someone come out and look at my dryer when it went out instead they told me to call the manufacturer

Knowing the rate and frequency of failure makes this a great way to ensure that when yiur machine gets to breakdown exactly one month after expert of manufacturer warranty. Get this. It’s peace of mind in the long run
