This washer is not the heavy duty or make I have always purchased in the past. Therefore I say it is average. It was necessary to replace the first washer purchased originally with in a couple years. Geek squad made the replacement easy taking care of ordering and installation which I greatly appreciated. When making this purchase I thought the purchase price and brand name would give me service as now my needs were less. But I wish I had selected a stronger washer.

I’ve never had to use the warranty but I’m sure if I did we would not have any issues.

I am not pleased with this washing machine. It’s constantly becoming unbalanced. It’s made more for a family than it is for a senior citizen. It requires a larger load to function properly. I would recommend it for a family, but I would not recommend it for one or two people it constantly goes off balance.

Great dryer but be carful loading clothes into because my door is reading as still open when closed.

Very good survive they installed tv. Dish washer, security system and also gave good suggestions

I've bought the High End Front Loaders (Name Brand) and these Insignia Appliances are great. Wish they had Color options, but you get what you pay for.

The agent Jose Jimenez did very good job and dropped washer very carefully .

Lasted less than a year. Had issues with the board. Then had issues with agitator. Had multiple repair guys out and finally just got rid of the machine
