I have not had to use a BB extended warranty but it gives me piece of mind that if my washer breaks they will cover it. Let's hope I do not have to use it.

Not sure this is needed but we purchased it, just in case. The wait at the Geek Squad desk is too long.

The new washers and dryers are so complex with so many features. Too many things could go wrong. A service call costs just about as much as the extra warranty.

Always get a 5 year warranty on a major appliance because that's as long as they last these days.
