due to situation beyond my control i needed help they didn't even take a second to schedule and fix my problem it really pays to have geek squad protection on things

It never fails if you don’t get it the product will dye the day after the warranty is out. Best Buy always take care of everything well worth the money

I bought the 3 year extended warranty for my washer. I like the fact you can buy an extension warranty for a reasonable cost. I won't know until I have to use it whether I like it or not. Time will tell.

Worth every penny do to the cost of parts and labor. I would purchase it again for another 5 years if possible.
