I would never buy anything from Best Buy without the protection plan, it offers a lot of coverage for a decent amount of time for a minimal amount of money.

Love the Samsung Washing Machine AND the GEEK Squad protection plan is the added extra for many years of trouble free laundry days.

I have used the Geek Squad's services only once on a broken phone screen. I stood in line, filled out docs and received a new phone by the end of that week. Painless!!!

Product has 10 warranty but only on drive system and doesn't cover labor. Geek Squad protect is pretty much a must.
